Shiba-Inu

never in my life have i come across an Shiba-Inu. This is a breed of dog that originated from Japan and am relted to the National Dog of Japan. One of the most famous dog is called Chuken Hachiko. I was barely 7 or 8 years old when i saw the movie titled," Hachiko monogatari". This show tells the true story of the super loyal akita, Hachiko. Hachiko waited for her master everyday at the train station for his return from work. One day master didn't turn up as he suffered a heart attack and had died at work. Hachiko continued to wait at the train station without fail until his own death 9 years later. That's loyalty. After watching the show.. i remembered i was so upset that i just couldn't stop crying. the dog just waited there everyday for the master to come home.. despite being given away, sick, and eveything. Without fail.. every single day, he'd turn up and be at the train station waiting for the 4 o'clock train for his master. I do wish to get a copy of the movie.. if ever. Hrrmpp.. maybe i can ask my friend who's going to Japan later this month to help me get.

You can read more of A moving story of an older dog.

Anyway...guess wat... someone i know has a shiba-inu... ain't she the sweetest?

She's so shy...

moves so fast that i can only snap a picture of her so perfect curly-wirly tail.

Isn't she cute? with perfect pointy ears too!

i wish that she belongs to me...i need to go down and check out the pet shop now!

P/s this is how she will look like when she is all grown up.

P/s/s oh and i have been walking around in my house going, "我要狗!"

That puppy is cute! But the two adult dogs in the photo at the bottom are Akita dogs. The Akita is a different breed, and they are much, much bigger than Shiba dogs.
